QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

PDF & XLS Reports FAQs

Find answers about pdf & xls reports before setting up your workflow.

Which SEO reports can I download?

The audit supports PDF, summary PDF and Excel output. Competitors Analysis supports its own PDF and Excel exports.

Does Excel contain the same view as a PDF?

Workbooks organize data for further analysis, while PDFs present a readable report. Review the specific export rather than assuming identical layouts.

Are reports emailed automatically on a schedule?

The documented workflow is a manual download. This page does not promise scheduled email reporting.

Can I use agency branding?

Eligible Agency plans support branding for shared views and supported reports. Branding behavior varies by export; check the generated file before delivery.

Can I export Search Console data too?

The Search Console view has a separate CSV download. It is distinct from the PDF and Excel report actions described here.

Do I need fresh data before every export?

Open the report and check its dates and completeness. Exporting creates a file from available data; it should not be assumed to refresh every source.
