Information you provide
The service processes account details such as your name and email address, website domains, tracked keywords, campaign activities, notes and any agency branding you upload. Support messages may contain information you choose to share with us.
Connected account data
When you authorize Google Search Console or Analytics, UpStrait uses the access you grant to retrieve reports for the properties you select. Connection credentials and reporting data support those features. You can revoke access through your Google account permissions.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, organize your campaigns, generate reports, manage subscriptions and respond to support requests. Domains and keywords may be sent to data providers when you request audits, rankings or backlink checks.
Payments
Payments are handled through the payment provider shown during checkout. UpStrait uses subscription and transaction references to manage your plan. The provider’s own privacy terms apply to information you enter in its checkout.
Browser storage
UpStrait uses browser storage for sign-in and shared-report access tokens. Signing out removes the locally stored account token. Avoid using a shared device without signing out when you finish.
Sharing reports
If you create a campaign share link, its recipients can view the report available through that link. Treat it as private information and revoke it when access is no longer needed.
Retention and account requests
Account and campaign records are stored to support the service and subscription management. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for billing, dispute resolution or applicable obligations.
Protecting your information
Keep your credentials and report links secure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or information.
