Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for websites and data you are authorized to manage. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use UpStrait for unlawful activities, attempt to access another account’s data, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits and access controls. You are responsible for the campaign content and information you add.
Plans and billing
Plan features, limits, prices and billing periods are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Review the amount and renewal terms before authorizing payment. Manage your subscription through the Subscription section of your account. Any billing adjustment associated with a plan change is described in its confirmation.
For billing disputes or refund questions, contact us with your account and transaction details. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Connected services and reports
Some features require access to third-party services. You must have permission to connect the relevant accounts. Report availability and freshness depend on the underlying data sources. SEO metrics and recommendations do not guarantee rankings, traffic or business results.
Your content and shared links
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You allow us to process that content as needed to operate the features you use. Only share campaign links with intended recipients; anyone holding a valid shared link may be able to view the associated report until it expires or is revoked.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns. Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
