A CLOSER LOOK
What Is an SEO Campaign Workspace?
A campaign connects one website and its target market to the reports you use to improve it. Your portfolio overview leads into a dedicated campaign dashboard.
Create a campaign with a domain and market, then organize your portfolio with tags, favorites and active or archived status. Each account keeps a distinct campaign for each domain.
Search campaigns by domain
Separate active work from archived campaigns
Add websites within your account’s allowance

Campaign-Level SEO Reporting
Start with the overview, then inspect the report behind a change. Sharing and file exports are separate plan capabilities, so choose the delivery format your client needs.
Review one website at a time
Keep target-market context visible
Use eligible sharing and export options
05 / CAMPAIGN WORKSPACE
Track the SEO Activity Behind Results
Record completed work with dates, status, time spent and notes. These activity records help explain delivery during a review; they are not a task-dependency or project scheduling system.
Keep work notes attached to the campaign
Review delivery alongside performance
Give the next working session a starting point

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Campaign Workspace FAQs
Find answers about campaign workspace before setting up your workflow.
Can I manage more than one website?
Yes, on plans with a larger campaign allowance. Free starts with one campaign; the pricing page shows current limits.
What belongs in a campaign?
A website domain, target market, audit results, keyword tracking, connected Google reports, backlinks and activity records.
Are audit scores available immediately?
Scores depend on a completed audit and the data returned. A missing score should not be interpreted as a website assessment.
Can teammates work on a campaign?
Team users can access campaigns assigned to them or created by them. The account owner retains oversight.
Can I share a campaign with a client?
Read-only sharing is available from Starter. PDF and Excel reporting require Freelancer or above; white-label capabilities start with Agency.
