Track Your Google Keyword Rankings
Add selected keywords and check where your website appears in organic results. The report records a ranking position and URL when a match is found within the checked results.
Use saved checks to review movement over daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime comparisons where history exists. Missing history is not a zero position or proof of lost visibility.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Keyword Rank Tracking FAQs
Find answers about keyword rank tracking before setting up your workflow.
Which search engine does the rank tracker use?
The current implementation checks Google organic search results.
Can I track mobile rankings?
Yes. Keywords support desktop or mobile device context when added.
How far down the results does it check?
Checks request a depth of 100 organic results. A missing match is displayed as unavailable, not as position zero.
Can I see historical ranking movement?
Yes, where saved checks provide the required history. Daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime comparisons use recorded ranks.
Why can Search Console show a different position?
Search Console reports an average from property performance data. Rank tracking checks selected terms for a specific market and device; these are different measurements.
Does a position change prove my work caused it?
No. Use rankings alongside audits, search data and your work notes to investigate the change rather than assuming a cause.
