QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Team Access FAQs
Find answers about team access before setting up your workflow.
Which campaigns can team users access?
They can access assigned campaigns and campaigns they create within the account.
Does the account owner still see all campaigns?
Yes. The owner keeps oversight of the account’s campaign portfolio.
Can I change campaign assignments?
Yes. Edit the team user’s campaign assignments in account settings.
Is team access the same as a client share link?
No. A team user signs in to work on campaigns. A share link gives a recipient a read-only campaign view without an account.
Can I define custom permission roles?
The current model uses account ownership and campaign assignment. A custom permission-role builder is not offered by this feature.
